Is there a free English to Telugu translation API?

Can I translate Telugu to other Indian languages?

How long can the text be?
Up to 5,000 characters per request with an API key, and up to 300 requests a minute. Line breaks are kept, so you can send paragraphs.
Is my text stored?
No. Text is translated in memory and discarded. Bhasini keeps only character counts for billing.
